Sponsors needed ! All our horses and especially sanctuary horses need sponsors. If you can't own a horse of your own the next best thing is to consider a monthly donation towards a horse or mule you select. Contact Sharon Burrier if you want to sponsor an animal.
How you can help us
Donations are the main source of finances in running the rescue. Caring and rehabilitation for the horses is expensive and varies for each animal. Costs include (but not limited to): feed, meds, supplements, veterinary care, farrier care, and dental care.
Winter is a difficult time for our rescue. Spring through fall we have luscious pastures for the horses to graze weather permitting. In the winter the grass is scarce so hay is needed as the primary roughage. Quality hay is costly. Donations are tax deductible. A one time donation or monthly sponsorship goes directly to the care of the animals.
If you would like to help, but don't have the financial means, we could always use extra supplies.
