Please fill out the contact form if you want to adopt one of our animals..  You will be sent an application form. Alternately a form can be found under the "Contact" tab.   All applications are reviewed and a stable/farm  inspection will be completed. Applicants must be 25 years or older.  Adequate acreage for all animals on property, routine veterinary care, adequate companionship,  hoof and dental  care are required. Professional references will be required.

Animals will be placed in the best suited home which may not necessarily be in the order they are received. We reserve the right to select the best match. Adopters must sign a contract which grants certain rights to the rescue. One of these rights is a two year trial period whereby the rescue's representative can do a wellness check of  the animal adopted. Animals may be reclaimed in this 2 year period  if the Rocky's Horse Rescue and rehabilitation does not believe the animal is being cared for per the agreements of the adoption contract.
